The WIPO Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights (SCCR) examines questions of limitations and exceptions regarding education, libraries and disabled persons, particularly visually-impaired persons. It also continues to discuss the protection of audiovisual performances, broadcasting organizations and future work.
