IFLA Annual Conference
"World Library and Information Congress"
The IFLA World Library and Information Congress is traditionally held annually in varying parts of the globe.
The organisation is in the hands of IFLA Headquarters and the national committee. IFLA has hired a
Professional Conference Organiser who handles all the arrangements and also takes care of the on-site
management of the event.

Selection Procedure Conference Site IFLA 2011
IFLA is currently undertaking the selection procedure for the congress in 2011.
The selected region is: Central America and the Caribbean. The chosen city
will be announced during the IFLA Congress in Quebec City, 10-15 August 2008.
