Adjustment of dues of Personal Affiliates

Considering the Rules of Procedure, Art. 4.2.9 which read:

The minimum dues for all types of Members and Affiliates shall in any case covers the basic costs of association services.

Noting that the last review of personal membership subscriptions was in 1993, when membership fees were raised from NLG 150 to NLG 200.

Therefore proposes to Council to raise the dues of Personal Affiliates to NLG 250 for the subscription year 2000.
