Olivier Loiseaux (Bibliothèque Nationale de France, 58 Rue de Richelieu, 75084 Paris Cedex 2, France (fax: +(33-1) 47038361)) was elected Secretary succeeding Monserrat Galera Monegal (Spain).The annual report and minutes of meetings were not received. Standing Committee and Section MembershipThe Standing Committee has 11 members from seven countries, two corresponding members, five observers and two special advisors. There are 42 IFLA members registered for the Section.Istanbul MeetingThe Section held an open session in Istanbul at which the following papers were presented:
