Art Libraries Satellite Conference in Mexico City 2011
The Latin America and Caribbean Section (IFLA/LAC) and the Art Section of the Mexican Library Association (AMBAC) are planning an Art Libraries satellite conference in Mexico City 22-23 August 2011. This initiative will be supported by ARLIS/NA. The preliminary topic will be: 'Art bibliography and information in Latin America and the Caribbean: a recent perspective'. The focus will be on the visual arts including fine arts, applied arts, design and architecture. Further details will follow as the project develops.
