Professional Committee (PC) Finance Documents

Budgeting for IFLA Professional Activities:

The Professional Committee manages an annual budget for supporting the activities of the IFLA Professional Units (Divisions and Sections). At the beginning of each year the administrative funds are allocated to the units according to their membership volume. The project funds are allocated upon approval of specific proposals made by the units. Instructions and deadlines are extensively described in these documents (updated annually):

Please note that the "Financial Statement Form", the "Administrative Funds Report Form" and the "Summary Form" are no longer in use.

The forms must be submitted by an officer of the professional unit (Chair, Secretary or Treasurer) to the IFLA Headquarters:
