MulDiCat now available in RDF/SKOS

The Multilingual Dictionary of Cataloguing Terms and Concepts (MulDiCat) is now available as an RDF/SKOS XML file. MulDiCat contains definitions for many terms and concepts used by the library cataloguing community. Terms and definitions are available in English and a variety of other languages. The Final Report, Functional Requirements for Subject Authority Data (FRSAD), approved by the Standing Committee of the Classification and Indexing Section in June 2010, is now available. The report may be downloaded as a complete PDF document. Individual sections are also available separately, including the appendices: Modeling Aboutness, Relationship of FRSAD with FRBR and FRAD, FRSAD Model and Other Models, and Examples from Subject Authority Systems.
