 <title>Official soft launch of IFLA Online Learning Platform</title>

The IFLA Online Learning Platform was officially soft launched by IFLA 
President Ellen Tise on December 8 2010. The launch was held during the 
Governing Board meeting held at IFLA Headquarters in The Hague.

The Online Learning Platform is a new section of the IFLA website that makes 
available learning materials for the Building Strong Library Associations programme in a dedicated learning environment.
