Professional units of IFLA are calling for papers for the IFLA General Conference. We have prepared these Guidelines to help those intending to present a paper.
If you wish to present a paper, please remember these requirements.

As everybody is recovering from warm, if not hot, Italy we all have a pile of work to get started with. I am very happy that we met almost all of our new standing committee members, a lot of enthusiastic observers who are sometimes even willing to serve as a corresponding member! The spirit, the fire is in everybody. Let us make something the next 2 years.

One of the things will be the better use of our pages, inform everybody quickly and keep the engine going.

There are a few people blogging about the Congress sessions and many of the session papers are available online. Therefore, I do not plan to comment on every session I attend. Instead I will focus on my overall experience and impressions as a first time attendee.
