Annual Study Tour
The annual study tour of the Genealogy and Local History Section will take place on Wednesday, August 17 in conjunction with the 2011 World Library and Information Congress in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Itinerary
8:15 a.m. - Pick-up from Puerto Rico Convention Centre
8:30-9:30 a.m. - Archivo General de Puerto Rico
9:30-10:00 a.m. - Travel to San Cristobal Castle; snack break
10:00-Noon - Tour of Archivo Militar; meet with historian
Noon-1:30 p.m. - Lunch at Barra China
1:30-3:00 p.m. - Archivo Diocesano
3:00-5:00 p.m. - Museum visit (details to be announced)
5:00 p.m. - Return to Puerto Rico Convention Centre
