Examples are very important for understanding and applying the ISBD. In 2006, the ISBD Review Group set up this study group to prepare a publication as a supplement to the ISBD with full examples.

Current version of the supplement was issued in October 2022 for the 2021 Update to the 2011 Consolidated Edition of ISBD under the title Full ISBD Examples – Supplement to the 2021 Update to the 2011 Consolidated edition of the ISBD

The first version of the supplement was issued in 2009 for the ISBD 2011 Consolidated Ed. as Full ISBD Examples
