Costs

Please note: All registrants from the Netherlands and EU who cannot provide a valid VAT number must pay the 'with VAT' registration fee.  Registrants from outside the EU do not have to pay VAT.

Dining

Lunch on Thursday and Friday is included in the registration fee. Dinner on Thursday night is included with Full Conference participant registration. Students and one-day participants who would like to attend the dinner are requested to pay an additional € 40.00 (+ 6% VAT [€ 2.40], if applicable).

Payment and Procedures

Participant registration must be received by 6 April 2011.  Payment can be made directly by bank transfer until 6 April 2011 or in cash (Euros) on the day of the conference. 

PLEASE NOTE that the deadline for payment of your registration fee is 6 April 2011.   An invoice along with bank transfer payment details will be sent by email after we receive your completed registration. 

Payments by bank transfer must be in before this date, otherwise an extra administrative fee of € 15 will be charged.

For cash payments, please note that the registration desk will be open for payments on both conference days until 2 hours after the start of the programme. You will receive a receipt of payment that permits you to participate in the conference.

Refund Policy

Please note that any cancellations must be received in writing or via email by 6 April.

A refund of registration fees—minus € 15 to cover administration costs—will be given if received by 6 April 2011; 50% refunds minus
€ 15 will be issued after that date.

Substitutions are acceptable when provided in writing prior to the workshop or at the registration desk. An acknowledgment email will be sent upon receipt of registration. Any missing information and/or payment must be submitted prior to 6 April 2011 in order to be applicable.
