The Semantic Web SIG is dedicated to gathering and disseminating information about the use of Semantic Web standards in libraries.

Created following IFLA 77th WLIC in Puerto Rico, the Semantic Web Special Interest Group (SWSIG) intends to gather professionals interested in the application of Semantic Web standards such as RDF and OWL to library data and applications, and the development of Linked Data in libraries.
