    Ottawa Tourism

    		• Hotel accommodation in Ottawa for the month of October is scarce. It is strongly recommended that participants book their hotel reservation through the DC-8 on-line registration form when they register. This will ensure rooms are available for all participants at the special group rate. One night deposit is required to guarantee hotel accommodation. The hotel deposit is 100% refundable up to September 1. After September 1, refunds will be prorated based on whether a reserved hotel room is used by other applicants.

    Both the Albert at Bay Suite Hotel and the Travelodge are centrally located in Downtown Ottawa close to where you need to be.
