added?
- Application profiles: what would a general "library"

background: http://homes.ukoln.ac.uk/~lisrmh/app-prof.htm)
Additional elements to DCES
Additional qualifiers needed:
Request as DC approved?
Define as domain-specific?
Changes to semantics in DCES 1.1: are there elements that
need definitions refined for use by libraries?
Required elements
Data rules (e.g. lastname, firstname)
- Crosswalks: which are libraries using for what purposes? What
are their problems? What sort of standardization is needed?
- DC-Agents: can the library community agree on a position for
associating attributes of persons, corporate bodies with their
names? What are the advantages and disadvantages of the proposed
approaches for consistency/interoperability with bibliographic
data in libraries?
- Tools: What tools are people using for projects in libraries
implementing DC?
- "Investigate how to provide URI transparency to library
