Bookings will be finalised by fax or e-mail when payment is received and a booking number will be allocated to each delegate.
Proof of payment is required for admission to the conference. Bring an official order, bank deposit slip, a photocopy of the cheque you posted or the booking confirmation as proof of payment. The organisers will refuse admission where evidence of payment cannot be shown. People attending day sessions may pay at registration on the day.
All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations will be acknowledged by fax or e-mail. A fee will be charged for cancellations:
