Presentations and papers, IFLA WLIC 2018 Session “Library services: empowering people to develop their inter-cultural identities”

These presentations were made at the IFLA World Library and Information Congress 2018 in Kaula Lumpur by the the invited speakers in IFLA MCULTP’s public session.
