Authorities of libraries and information agencies of Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Cuba, El Salvador, Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico and Uruguay shared experiences and proposals on different activities.
