The World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) is organising three seminars in 2019 which will explore the current landscape of exceptions and limitations to copyright for libraries in Africa, Asia-Pacific, and in Latin America and the Caribbean.

The Asia-Pacific regional seminar will take place in Singapore on April 29-30 2019. It will bring together officials from copyright offices in the region, as well as NGO representatives and WIPO officials. All official information is available on the WIPO website.

It offers a unique opportunity to influence decision-makers and make them understand the challenges faced by cultural heritage institutions when it comes to copyright.
