This year's International Conference of the Lithuanian Librarians Association will focus on sustainable development, and what libraries can do to deliver it.

The United Nations' 2030 Agenda offers an important affirmation of the work of our institutions, as well as an opportunity to raise awareness of how libraries contribute to stronger, fairer societies. In underlining the role of all stakeholders, it also sets out key responsibilities.

IFLA will be sharing the latest information about what is going on at the United Nations and the key arguments for supporting libraries, and explaining why and how to get involved.
