CIL and IL Connect 2020

Computers in Libraries (CIL) provides a forum for librarians and information professionals to hear from excellent and innovative libraries and network and learn from leaders in the field. The Internet Librarian (IL) is a forum to exchange ideas, learn new skills, hear about new tools and tech, make unexpected connections, and explore new and interesting approaches to their jobs – helping them make a difference to their organisations, clients and communities.

The 35th CIL conference is going virtual this year along with the IL conference. This year’s theme of Generation Next: Preparing for New Technologies and Futurizing: People, Technology & Communities will focus on exciting library programs and services that have taken place and that are being planned for the future by using new technology and building community partnerships.

IFLA President Christine Mackenzie will take part in the conference.
