These are hectic times and people all over the world are facing all kinds of different crisis, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, forest fires, climate crisis, etc.  How are they responding and what can we learn from experiences all over the world? That is the topic of the webinar “Public Libraries Responding in Times of Crisis” organized by the IFLA Public Libraries Section.

Join us on 10 November at 15:00-16:00 (CET) when we will be discussing how public libraries and their staff are responding with Sadie-Jane Nunis (Singapore Institute of Management), Vickery Bowles (Toronto Public Library) and R. David Lankes (University of Texas at Austin’s School of Information). Erik Boekesteijn (National Library of the Netherlands) will moderate the event.

See our webinar event page for registration details and more information about the speakers.
