A paper on the impact of these guidelines at an international, national and local level was presented at the WLIC 2018Survey on library programmes and services for people who are deaf, hard of hearing and deafblind (February 10th until March 31st 2018) EXTENDED DEADLINE UNTIL APRIL 30TH 2018!
For the purpose of writing new guidelines a survey is beeing conducted in order to gather examples of modern day practice in the organization of library programmes and services that meet needs of people who are deaf, hard of hearing and deafblind.
