The IFLA Regional Office for Latin America and the Caribbean, participated in the exhibit group "Argentine National Libraries – Implementation of the UN Sustainable Development Goals through libraries", in the Conference "Libraries, Development and 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development”, held at the National Library of Teachers.

This meeting was jointly organized by the National Library of Teachers, the National Library Mariano Moreno, the Library of the National Congress and the IFLA Regional Office for Latin America and the Caribbean.

This event had an exhibit group conformed by officials of The National Executive Branch, and attended by librarians from different organizations, who were explained the importance of applying the ODS (SDG – Sustainable Development Goals) in the librarian field and how the 17 goals can be implemented in their institutions.
