We are excited to announce the launch of the “Libraries boosting connectivity project” and survey. This initiative aims to gather crucial data on how libraries are navigating and adapting to the digital landscape. The project has a special focus on gathering library data on geolocation, connectivity, and the broader digital challenges and opportunities that libraries face today.

The pilot phase of the project will kickoff now and further expand in 2025. Through data collection, we hope to gain a better understanding of how libraries are adapting to digital challenges to better serve their communities.

If you are a library, regardless of your location or level of expertise, we invite you to take part in this survey!

Your responses will help us build a more comprehensive picture of the current digital status of libraries across the world, guide strategic decisions and shape future phases of the project. The final results of this survey will be launched via a project website during the first quarter of the next year.

If you have any other questions or suggestions on the survey, you would like to receive a copy of your answers or have more information on how to get involved during the next phase of this process, we invite you to contact us via this link.
