In 2013 authors of WLIC papers are being asked to sign a new version of the Author Form which will assign a license to their paper allowing IFLA and others to make copies freely available. The requested license aligns with IFLA's Open Access policy and gives IFLA permission to upload the papers to the new repository.

Organisers of sessions at the 2013 WLIC are asked to download the new Author Form, which is available as a Word document: [DOC], distribute it to their authors and return the signed forms for their session to papers@ifla.org so that the papers can be made available online and the license clearly identified. All 2013 WLIC papers will be uploaded to the new IFLA repository which is hoped will be ready before the Congress itself.
