BSLA project proposals 2017 update

In February 2017, IFLA invited library associations to submit proposals for Building Strong Library Associations (BSLA) projects commencing in 2017.

21 project proposals from all parts of the world were recieved. A review process was performed by the ALP Committee and their recomendations were reviewed with IFLA Secretary General Gerald Leitner. 

Ten project applications were approved.

Ghana
Senegal Zimbabwe
Colombia
Peru
Fiji
India
Nepal
Spain

The successful applicants have already started with their projects and their progress will soon be made available on the IFLA BSLA website.
