Representatives of the education and library communities and the South Centre will brief WIPO delegates on the coming work of the 38th session of the WIPO Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights (SCCR). There will also be roundtable discussions. The brief will focus on the two major copyright agenda items at WIPO SCCR: the broadcast treaty, and limitations and exceptions to copyright for libraries.
