Africa Section invites participation to the its Satellite Meeting hosted by University of South Africa (UNISA) Parow Campus, Cape Town
The UN is in a process of determining its future development framework as the targets of the Millennium Development Goals expire in 2015. Defining a post-2015, The Role of libraries in Supporting the Post-2015 Agenda development, will be discussed.
The papers at the meeting will address one or more of the sub-themes in English or French:
- Post-2015 Development Agenda and Emerging African Societies
- The Role of African Libraries in Driving the Post-2015 Development Agenda Initiative
- The Challenges and Prospects of Achieving the Post 2015 Development Agenda in African Societies
- Africa and the Millennium Development Goals: Monitoring, Evaluation and Impact Assessment
- Implementation Framework for Post-2015 Development Agenda
