Partners for Accessibility – IFLA and Latin American Blind Union sign Memorandum of Understanding

IFLA has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Latin American Blind Union (ULAC). Both organisations believe that we need to ensure the Marrakesh Treaty enters into force, and implement its principles on the ground.
