Over 600 delegates asked themselves that question on Tuesday, when a lecture was given by Professor Yrjö Engeström, who has been involved in a long-lasting library research and development project, “Knotworking”.

Knotworking is based on a boundary crossing, collective way to organize work.

Börje! The IFLA Market gave the congress visitors some tasty treats!

Library Boulevard – Finnish Edition

During the Library Boulevard the conversations were lively and people talked about the different types of projects that Finnish libraries are working on right now. All the presentations were great, but the biggest star was a reading assistance dog named Börje! People lined up to take pictures of this extra cute dog.
