Grants for CILIP members to attend WLIC

First timer award

CILIP is offering a first-timer grant to attend the 77th Congress. The grant will cover the main costs of attending the conference: registration, travel and accommodation.

There are only two conditions: current CILIP membership, and never having attended an IFLA conference (other than in the UK) previously.

This grant will give one member an opportunity to enjoy the 'IFLA experience' with guidance and support from CILIP. You can pick up invaluable continuing professional development (CPD) experiences from a range of global perspectives, network with overseas colleagues and perhaps get involved in the work of IFLA.

The selection panel will offer the grant on the strength of the application submitted.  

The closing date for applications is 29 April 2011.
