Your IFLA WLIC 2013 conference pass will gain you complimentary entry to any of the following museums:

Check out their websites to find out what’s going on during the conference week.

Singapore Zoo

You also won’t want to miss out on the Singapore Zoo, the newly opened River Safari, the world’s first Night Safari as well as the Jurong Bird Park. For a different experience, visit Haw Par Villa, a free theme park focused on Chinese legend and folklore. To experience the melting pot that is Singapore, wander around the country’s different cultural enclaves: Chinatown, Little India and Kampong Glam. You can also explore the country’s nooks and crannies via one of these heritage trails.

For those who like to spend their time outdoors, check out Sentosa, home to Resorts World Sentosa, Universal Studios, Marine Life Park and iFly. Take in the beauty of nature at the Singapore Botanic Gardens as well as Gardens by the Bay. You can also observe the country’s beautiful skyline from SkyPark atop Marina Bay Sands or from the Singapore Flyer. For a quieter experience, you can head to Bollywood Veggies, one of Singapore’s few farms.

Singapore: Universal Studios

And of course, not to be missed in Singapore is its food. To get an idea of what’s good and what’s not, check out HungryGoWhere, Makansutra or food bloggers such as LadyIronChef, Chubby Hubby or ieatishootipost.
