The first day of IFLA WLIC 2014 included caucuses from around world.

What makes an IFLA section successful?  Who doesn't want success?

This session offers a brief introduction to various aspects of the IFLA congress and the IFLA organisation in an informal way.

Each year, the IFLA Market features a number of participatory, “how-to” sessions devoted to different IFLA related activities or initiatives.

If you join IFLA during the conference, your membership will be good until the end of next year. That means you can get benefits for the remainder of the current year without charge!

IFLA's Strategic Programmes enable the continuation of our goals in areas such as advocacy, preservation and conservation, freedom of access to information, library development in developing countries, intellectual property, bibliographic standards and digital libraries.

In the Exhibition Hall you’ll have a great opportunity to explore a wide range of library products, new technologies, books and online services available to libraries and librarians.

The IFLA Headquarters Secretariat will almost entirely relocate to the Lyon Conference Centre to personally assist delegates and IFLA Members with various issues.

In the Exhibition Hall delegates are encouraged to visit the IFLA Booth B110 where you can find information about attending the 2015 IFLA World Library and Information Congress in Cape Town.

All Congress attendees will be sent an invitation to take an online evaluation of this year’s WLIC
