Bill and Melinda Gates 2014 Access to Learning Award programme

All delegates are invited to attend tomorrow’s announcement of the 2014 Access to Learning Award, which recognizes the innovative efforts of public libraries and similar institutions outside the United States to connect people to information and opportunities through free access to computers and the Internet.

The award has honored ground-breaking projects around the world that are improving people's lives through access to technology. The award will be presented by a representative from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
