François-Noël Gilly, president of Université de Lyon1, speaks here about how academic libraries of Lyon universities are serving a much broader public—beyond just students and researchers—and the challenges that academic libraries in Lyon and in France are facing in today.  He also speaks about the opportunity for sharing ideas during IFLA WLIC 2014 in Lyon.
