Following a successful WLIC2022 session around this topic, we are soliciting articles and proposals on IT project management or agile methodologies for libraries.  There is room for briefs or longer/more in-depth articles highlighting methodologies, implementation and future agile and project management directions.

Articles should be 1000 – 3000 word articles with suitable accompanying graphics and link resources. Articles do not need to possess an overly formal academic format but one in which IFLA IT section audience could pragmatically benefit.  Proposal abstracts of 200-300 words may be sent for preliminary review and acceptance.

Tentative deadlines for submitting are February  1st, 2023 with final articles article due by March 30, 2023.  Tentative publication dates are for a  June 2023 Agile/IT Project Management  and IFLA conference issue.  Color graphics, tables and diagrams are encouraged. Graphics may be in .jpg, .gif or .TIFF formats preferably with sizes of 1MB or 1080×1080 px or larger.  Examples of a past newsletters are available here:

Please respond to this invitation with a proposal and/or draft by February 15 2023 for consideration.  Final deadlines are due March 31st, 2023.  Other ideas may also be proposed but first preference will be  given to  the issues theme.
