Hold Those Dates IFLA Boston 2001 The International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) is an international association located in The Hague, Netherlands created to provide librarians from around the world with a forum for exchanging ideas and promoting international cooperation, research, and development in all fields of library activity. IFLA holds a conference in a different country each year. This meeting is anticipated to draw 3,000 participants from around the world.
Set-up TimeThe Exhibit Hall will be available for set-up beginning Friday, August 17 through Saturday, August 18. Booth set-up should be completed by Saturday evening.Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Advertising, Direct Mail and Promotional OpportunitiesIncrease traffic at your booth by advertising in IFLA Express mailed to all IFLA members and registrants prior to the Conference) and Daily Programs (distributed to all conference attendees), and by purchasing the pre-registration mailing list.Table Top ExhibitsTable top exhibit spaces are available to organizations with annual sales under $100,000. Table top exhibitors may only distribute brochures and other handout materials. Each table top space will include a sign, a 6' skirted table and a chair. The cost for a table top exhibit is $350. Please note, use of this space excludes the use of electricity, computers, and other such equipment. No service kit will be provided.Exhibit Hall PassesIFLA will invite public, school and college librarians from the area to visit IFLA's Exhibit Area as our guests. In addition, exhibitors are encouraged to invite clients to visit the exhibits.
