Exhibition Details
The exhibition is currently scheduled to take place in Exhibition Hall B of the Puerto Rico Convention Centre (PRCC). It will open on the afternoon of Sunday 14 August until Wednesday 17 August. The exhibition forms the hub of the Congress and provides an excellent opportunity for delegates to interact with exhibitors and familiarise themselves with the latest advances and innovations. All Congress feature areas will take place within one centralised exhibition; in addition to the commercial exhibits, the professional poster area, internet and print centre, product demonstrations area, dedicated catering points will be provided to ensure maximum delegate footfall through the exhibition.

Commercial Stand Rental
Shell Scheme is provided for all stands unless a space only block is requested. The charge for stand rental per square metre will be as follows:
- Tier 1 – onsite at IFLA 2011 €37.50 per sq ft (€400 per m2)
- Tier 2 – up to and including 31 January 2011 €39.50 per sq ft (€425 per m2)
- Tier 2 – from 1 February 2011 onwards €45.00 per sq ft (€485 per m2)
Charity / Non Profit Stands
A preferential rate is available to non profit companies wishing to exhibit. The cost for a table top stand is €1,000 + VAT and is inclusive of the following exhibitor benefits:
- 4ft table plus chair
- Company name badge for one person
- Free editorial in the Final Programme/Exhibition Catalogue (50 words)
- Catering facilities
- Attendance at the Exhibition Reception
- Daily cleaning of the aisles and common areas

Technical Manual
A Technical Manual providing detailed general and technical information, advice, and full details about the exhibition, venue, organisers, and ancillary services will be circulated to all exhibitors in March 2011.
