Individual Booking

Online Bookings or Hotel Reservation Form

Individual participants can book their hotel accommodation online.

Alternatively, participants can complete and return the hotel reservation form to Congrex Travel either via fax, +44 141 280 0330 or via email, [email protected].  A global deposit of SEK 2,000 is required to guarantee your room reservation. On completion of your booking, you will automatically receive a confirmation / invoice by e-mail with a payment link. Please either send us your bank transfer to the following account:

or you can make payment with your Master Card or VISA Card through the secure payment link. Each participant will receive a confirmation/invoice once their booking is complete.

Hotel reservations without deposit payment within 10 days after confirmation sent by Congrex Travel will be cancelled without further notice. Final payment must be made before 29 June 2010 to Congrex Travel or the reservation will be cancelled. Please do not send any payments to the hotel.

Booking Policy

All requests will be handled on a "first come-first served basis."  Hotel bookings will be guaranteed until 29 June 2010. On or after this deadline, requests will be accepted however, hotel accommodation is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed anymore. Also, after this deadline, bookings are only possible against full payment by credit card and an additional late booking fee of SEK 300 will be charged.

Change, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Any change of reservations made online by the delegate themselves, is free of charge.   To login and change your reservation click here.  Any change of reservations sent to Congrex Travel via e-mail, will be subject to a handling fee of SEK 100.  Please do not contact the hotel directly.

Online changes are possible until 29 June 2010. After this date, changes can only be communicated to Congrex Travel directly and a change fee of SEK 100 will be applied.

If your reservation is cancelled before 29 June 2010, the deposit will be refunded, less a SEK 300 handling fee. If your reservation is cancelled on or after this date no refunds can be made.

Group Bookings

For requests of more than 5 rooms, different conditions will be applied and a group contract will be set up. Please contact Congrex Travel for more information via email, [email protected] Kindly note that the group bookings are being offered to various companies simultaneously and are sold on a first come first serve basis. Early reservation is highly recommended to ensure your booking can be met. Having received your written confirmation with your full postal address, we will establish a room allocation contract together with an invoice for the first deposit.

Accommodation Payment Information

Advance payment can be made in SEK by any of the following ways:

  1. VISA and MasterCard holders may use their credit cards for charging accommodation costs (room, breakfast and applicable taxes). A secure payment link will be sent to the delegates' email address. By paying through the secure payment link, you will need the credit card with the cardholders' name, card number, expiry date of the card and CVC* code. Regretfully other credit cards cannot be accepted.

    *The last three digits on the signature strip on the reverse of the card.
