Event Organisers Order Forms

These forms have been prepared to ensure all exhibitors are compliant with the Puerto Rico Convention Centers rules and regulations. Please pay particular attention to the forms that are marked * as it is mandatory you complete these forms.

Contractor Order Forms

Contractor forms have been prepared to allow you to arrange various services to your exhibition stand. This includes any additional items you may wish to purchase, eg. Furniture, electrics, internet/telephone set up etc. Some services are only available through the supplier’s website, where this is the case the relevant website has been provided.
