Budgeting for IFLA Professional Activities
1. Download the appropriate documents by clicking on the name of the document below.

(Only for the Chairs of the Divisions!)
2. Read all of the instructions and documents carefully.
3. Fill out the forms
Fill out the appropriate forms by either:
- editing the computerized documents and then printing them out
- printing the documents and then filling them in by hand
Have the divisional Financial Officer sign ALL FORMS (INCLUDING THOSE FROM EACH STANDING COMMITTEE).
4. Treasurers of the sections should mail the forms, together with bank statements and receipts to the Financial Officer of their Division before October 1.
5. Divisional Financial Officers should mail all the forms and attachments to IFLA Headquarters before November 1.
Note: these forms must be mailed, they can not be sent over the Internet or faxed as they require the signature of the divisional Financial Officer.

The Professional Committee establishes the coming year's budget during its December meeting. Standing Committees that have not submitted budget information at this time will receive neither administrative nor project money for the next Financial Year. (Financial year is 1st of January to 31st of December).
