Full Pilot Project Results Report

"Information Now! Enhancing Digital Access to Learning Materials for Canadians with Perceptual Disabilities"

Project:

The Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB) Library, with funding from the Office of Learning Technologies (OLT), Human Resources and Skills Development Canada, has established a Community Learning Network which supports blind, visually impaired, and print-disabled adult learners across Canada as they extensively test the Library's newest format -- DAISY digital talking books on CD.

The Results Report of this project highlights the findings from the three-year study, including a summary of the feedback received from participants with regard to their experiences using DAISY books.

The Report is available in English and French:
English: http://www.cnib.ca/library/daisy_info/olt.htm
French: http://www.cnib.ca/bibliotheque/bta/index.htm

A Feedback Form is also included on the web site and any comments about the project, or the Results Report, are welcome.
