Mtupane primary school library supports SDG 4 (Quality Education)

In line with the SDG 4 the Mtupane School Library’s main objective was to promote education by ensuring effective learning; as well as gaining of relevant knowledge, skills and competencies through reading. Furthermore, the Library aimed at developing a reading culture from an early age, in the community. The goal was further to eradicate illiteracy in the Mtupane and surrounding communities. CPD Training by the Library and Information Association of Zambia

The Library and Information Association of Zambia (LIAZ) played a crucial role in organizing an in-house training workshop (CPD- Continuous Professional Development) at the Technical and Vocational Teachers College (TVTC) focused on enhancing customer relationship management. National University of Lesotho leads a collaborative conference on the role of knowledge conservation

The National University of Lesotho Library and the Endangered Archives Programme Africa Hub in collaboration with the University of the Free State Library, the Moshoeshoe Leadership Institute and the British Library invites you to a conference on the role of knowledge preservation in telling the stories of nations. The bicentennial celebrations of the Kingdom of Lesotho provide an opportunity for libraries, archives, historians, and cultural activists to reflect on their role in the preservation of the national documentary heritage.
