ENSULIB's "Green Library Day" at WLIC 2013 in Singapore

By Veerle Minner Van Neygen

The SIG had the privilege of being granted several slots in the programme: for a Workshop (11:30 to 13:00), an Open Session (16:00 to 18:00) followed by a special visit to "My Tree House", the world's first green library for kids, all on Monday the 19th, which we aptly can celebrate as "Green Library Day". The location is off-site, a few minutes walk from Suntec.

Thanks to the kindness of the Singapore National Library Board,  the Workshop and the Open session will be held off-site, at the Central Public Library, 100, Victoria Street, Room B1-01 (basement), where the Tree House Children's Library is also located,  The visit will be guided by Ms. Lin Li SOH, Manager of the library, also the keynote speaker at our Open Session.

Please note that on Tuesday the 20ththere will also be an ENSULIB Business Meeting (although not on the programme, as is the norm for SIGs), but this one will be On-site, at Suntec - Room 308.

All environmentally - conscious information professionals are of course invited to attend and participate.
