Congratulations to Mr Winner Chawinga!  Winner's paper is on the topic:

A decade of formal Library and Information Science Education in Malawi: the case of Mzuzu University

Winner will present his paper at the Conference Session 196, LIS Education in Developing Countries Special Interest Group: “Library and Information Science Education in Africa: Opportunities and Challenges” on 20th August 2015, 08:30–10:30, Exhibition Hall 2

The award will be presented to Winner at the IFLA World Library and Information Congress in Cape Town, South Africa, Special Presentation of Awards Session, held on Tuesday, 18 Aug 2015, 12:45–13:45 in the Expo Pavilion.
