Exhibition Details

The exhibition is scheduled to take place in Exhibition Hall C of the Swedish Convention Centre, Gothenburg which has over 1,200sqm of flat floored pillar free exhibition space. A choice of shell scheme or space only stands will be offered to exhibitors.

The exhibition will open on the afternoon of Wednesday 11 August until Saturday 14 August 2010. The exhibition forms the hub of the Congress and provides an excellent opportunity for delegates to interact with industry and familiarise themselves with the latest advances and innovations. Our delegates increasingly welcome the opportunity to tap into the exhibitors' knowledge and expertise and gain from hands-on product demonstrations. All Congress feature areas will take place within one centralised exhibition; in addition to the commercial exhibits, the professional poster area, internet and print centre, dedicated catering points will be provided to ensure maximum delegate footfall through the exhibition.

Commercial Stand Rental

Shell Scheme is provided for all stands unless a space only block is requested. The charge for stand rental per square metre will be as follows:

  • Up to and including 26 February 2010 - €445 + VAT @ 25% = €555 per sqm
  • From 27 February 2010 onwards - €495 + VAT @ 25% = €620 per sqm

Commercial stand rental includes the following benefits...

  • Free editorial in the Final Programme/Exhibition Catalogue (50 words)
  • Catering facilities
  • Attendance at the Exhibition Reception

A preferential rate is available to non profit companies wishing to exhibit. The cost for a table top stand is as follows:

  • €1,000 + VAT @ 25% = €1,250

Technical Manual

A Technical Manual giving further general and technical information, advice and full details about the exhibition, venue, organisers and ancillary services available to exhibitors will be circulated in March 2010.
