Inner Development Goals: An Interactive Webinar

Many of us are familiar with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This interactive webinar will introduce you to the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) as a critical complement to the SDGs. This research-based framework aims to develop our inner capacity to manage the increasingly complex environment and challenges. After learning about the five frames (below), we will form into breakout groups to explore the skills and qualities supported by the IDGs (e.g. self awareness, sense-making, humility, communication, courage).

  1. Being – Relationship to self
  2. Thinking – Cognitive skills
  3. Relating – Caring for others and the world
  4. Collaborating – Social skills
  5. Acting – Driving change
