The one day satellite meeting will shed light on the correlation of knowledge management and innovation as factors to support transformation in organizations and particularly in library services. The transformation will influence the library services and the library profession in the 21st century.

The satellite meeting will particularly focus on the developments of knowledge management in libraries in low income countries in Africa and elsewhere.
