ICULA – 2021 is organised by the University Librarians Association of Sri Lanka and this year’s theme is Scholarly Publishing & Open Access for the Enhancement of Research Visibility.

The objective of the conference is to provide a platform for the intellectuals in Library & Information Science to debate, discuss and share knowledge on current trends, issues and solutions related to Scholarly Publishing and Open Access for the enhancement of Research Visibility.
